Job summary

Aoka is expanding its network of independent inspectors to support Office of Healthcare Programs projects. Inspectors will verify that new construction and major renovations meet OHP contract requirements, with flexible, project-based scheduling and pay per inspection.

Ideal candidates have ICC certification or PE/architect license or 2+ years of housing inspection experience, a valid driver's license, willingness to travel, and strong reporting skills to document findings and support timely

Qualifications

• ICC certification, or PE or architectural license, or 2+ years housing inspection experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site inspections with owners, contractors, and project teams.
• Inspect units and common areas for OHP compliance.
• Document findings with photos, deficiencies, and follow-up.
• Submit timely inspection reports meeting OHP and company requirements.
• Communicate results and on-site issues to the team.
