Job summary

DOCS Health is seeking Dental Assistants for the School Based Dental Program in the Philadelphia School District. The role involves preparing the treatment area, taking X-rays, assisting in four-handed dentistry, and providing child-friendly care.

Requirements include a valid Dental Assistant certification with X-ray, and pediatric experience is preferred. Work hours follow the school calendar with no weekends, and benefits include medical, vision, dental, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Certified or Registered Dental Assistant with x-Ray Certification.
• Two years of chair-side experience preferred.
• Able to work with portable/mobile equipment.
• Familiarity with computers and dental software.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.

• Passionate, friendly, and caring individual.
• Prior Pediatric Dentistry experience preferred.

We are seeking Dental Assistants who are passionate about working with children to be a part of our School Based Dental Program in the Philadelphia School District. Our program provides preventative and comprehensive dental care to children ages 5 to 18, in a safe and familiar environment. Services include oral health education, routine exams and cleanings, dental fillings, sealants, and fluoride treatments.

Responsibilities
