The candidate will guide market development, manage large municipal/utility projects, and supervise teams across the Ohio region, ensuring compliance with industry codes and delivering value

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• Significant experience in surface water or water resources engineering, planning, or delivery.
• Established relationships within Ohio.
• Experience leading complex municipal or utility projects from planning through delivery.
• Background with public funding programs, regulatory agencies, and local decision-makers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to represent Spicer Group with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Surface Water services in Ohio, ensuring technical excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Lead regional strategic planning and drive market share growth for surface water.
• Manage client engagement, develop opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
