Job summary

InfoCision is seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals for a fully remote call center role in the United States. Work-from-home with flexible shifts (day, evening, night) and paid training. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow client call flows, document interactions, and strive for high-quality service.
