Job summary

InfoCision is seeking dependable, customer-focused individuals for a remote call center role. You will answer inbound calls, make outbound calls, follow client call flows, and provide outstanding service from your home office.

This is a 100% remote position with multiple shifts available, including day, evening, and night. You should have excellent verbal communication, strong customer service skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to multitask while talking.
