Job summary

Downeast Cider House is seeking a Territory Manager to drive sales in the Cleveland/Columbus, Ohio market. You will work field-based, visiting accounts 80–90% of the time, building strong wholesaler and customer relationships, and expanding distribution for the Downeast cider portfolio.

You will execute with consistency, manage a high-volume account list, and contribute to becoming the #1 hard cider in America through excellent in-market work and proactive promotions.

Qualifications

• Passion for craft cider and the beverage industry.
• Experience providing excellent customer service.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable multitasking and adapting throughout the day.
• At least 21 years old (federal & state alcohol regulations).
• Must reside within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Sell against monthly and quarterly sales goals.
• Increase Downeast’s presence in existing accounts and introduce new products.
• Prospect, pitch, and close new accounts across on- and off-premise channels.
• Secure merchandising, display, and promotional opportunities.
• Ensure product freshness and uphold quality standards.
• Record all account activity and visit notes in CRM systems.
• Create and send weekly recaps of account work to wholesalers.
