Superior is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to support fleet operations and purchasing across the organization. You will manage the lifecycle of company vehicles and assets, coordinate procurement activities, and build strong vendor and internal stakeholder relationships.

This role is based at our Advanced Logistics and Manufacturing Facility in Gahanna, Ohio. We value organized, self-motivated professionals who can balance execution with continuous improvement.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of experience in fleet management, procurement, purchasing, asset management, or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and business systems used to manage purchasing and assets.
• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems, fleet management software, and vehicle lifecycle management is a plus.
• Experience in construction, electrical contracting, or industrial environments is a bonus.
• Familiarity with fleet telematics, fuel card management, vehicle upfitting, and strategic sourcing practices is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the lifecycle of company vehicles, including acquisitions, assignments, maintenance, and disposals.
• Maintain fleet records, registrations, insurance documentation, and tracking systems.
• Coordinate vehicle repairs, warranty claims, fuel card programs, and utilization reporting.
• Source and procure vehicles, equipment, tools, materials, and services to support business operations.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations and negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and service agreements.
• Create and manage purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company purchasing policies.
• Track spending and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate records of company assets and support inventory management activities.
• Partner with Operations, Accounting, Risk Management, and vendors to support fleet and procurement initiatives.
• Support special projects and drive continuous improvement efforts across fleet and purchasing processes.
