The ideal candidate holds Ohio licensure, 2–5+ years in relevant practice areas, strong writing/communication skills, and attention to detail. Hybrid work is available with local travel to courts as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Ohio (required)
• 2–5+ years of litigation, bankruptcy, or collections experience
• Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and driven
• Extra points for licensure to practice in Bankruptcy court
• Hybrid work arrangement in Ohio
• Travel to local courts required

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings.
• Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Attend court hearings in person and virtually.
• Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff.
• Deliver client-focused legal services in a high-volume practice.
