Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities of the Tarrant County OFR initiative.
• Plan and facilitate multidisciplinary OFR meetings, including case review prep and follow-up.
• Build and maintain partnerships across healthcare, public health, EMS, law enforcement, and community orgs.
• Monitor implementation of OFR recommendations and support data collection and quality improvement.
• Prepare reports, presentations, grant deliverables, and performance measures.
• Represent Recovery Resource Council at meetings, coalitions, conferences, and events.
