Job summary

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for implementing comprehensive security measures, monitoring premises through advanced surveillance systems, and responding swiftly to any incidents or emergencies. Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols across the premises to monitor for suspicious activity, safety hazards, or security breaches.
• Manage access control systems to authorize entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, ensuring compliance with security protocols.
• Operate surveillance equipment such as CCTV cameras to observe and record activities within and around the facility.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations by executing established procedures for fire safety, medical incidents, or security threats.
• Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, accidents, or suspicious behavior for record-keeping and investigation purposes.
• Perform background checks on new personnel or visitors as part of the screening process.
• Assist law enforcement agencies during investigations or in response to criminal activities on-site.

Requirements

• Proven experience in physical security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of surveillance technology, access control systems.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when necessary for patrols or emergency response.
• Strong skills in conflict de-escalation, conflict management, and emergency response procedures to handle tense situations effectively.
• Familiarity with fire safety protocols and emergency procedures to ensure rapid response during crises.
• Excellent communication skills for incident report writing and customer service interactions with staff and visitors.
• Commitment to compliance with all security regulations and company policies to maintain a safe environment.
