Job summary

The Atlanta Braves are seeking high energy, friendly individuals for the Retail Offsite Warehouse Assistant to support our team throughout the 2025 season. The role involves pulling and delivering product from our offsite warehouse to Truist Park store locations, requiring excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

This year‑round operation is open every day throughout the baseball season, so flexibility and availability with scheduling are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a BA or MS degree in business, sports management, supply chain, logistics or a related field.
• Work long hours on game day, weekends, and holidays.
• Two-year experience in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Check and count all inventory received from vendors to the Retail warehouse and/or Truist Park stores accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain consistency of product storage within assigned or allocated locations.
• Pick and pack daily replenishment orders and prepare inventory reports for all Truist Park store locations.

Overview

The role involves pulling and delivering product from our offsite warehouse to Truist Park store locations, requiring excellent attention to detail and communication skills. This year‑round operation is open everyday throughout the baseball season, so flexibility and availability with scheduling are essential.

Responsibilities

• Check and count all inventory received from vendors to the Retail warehouse and/or Truist Park stores accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain consistency of product storage within assigned or allocated locations.
• Ensure overall cleanliness and proper workflow layout in all retail locations.
• Pick and pack daily replenishment orders and prepare inventory reports for all Truist Park store locations.
• Hang and fold inventory items as needed throughout the shift.
• Complete other warehouse duties as assigned by the leadership team.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or holding a BA or MS degree in business, sports management, supply chain, logistics or a related field.
• Demonstrated appreciation for diverse cultures and the ability to relate well with individuals of diverse backgrounds.
• Work long hours on game day, weekends, and holidays.
• Two‑year experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 pounds at once and stand and move throughout the shift.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of computer skills needed to operate the inventory system, Yellow Dog.
• Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to get along well with coworkers.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Availability of 29.5 hours per week.
