Job summary

The Atlanta National League Baseball Club, LLC is seeking a proactive retail associate to maintain eye-catching store layouts at Truist Park and Battery locations. You will replenish merchandise, manage displays, and support promotions to drive sales during games and events.

You should be organized, customer-focused, and able to stand for long periods while lifting up to 50 lbs. Flexible weekends and holidays are expected in this position.

Responsibilities

• Assist merchandising supervisors with store merchandise layouts and plans.

• Know products and promotions to decide what should be displayed.
• Maintain a pristine store environment including placement, signage and appearance.
• Create engaging visual displays and signage to guide customers.
• Produce window displays and interior/ promotional displays.
• Communicate inventory needs to merchandise supervisor and buying team.
• Collaborate on product presentations and hot market placements.
• Understand Retail Pro basics: sales, inventory, and daily reports.

Position Overview

Assist Retail Buying Manager, Buying team and Merchandising Lead Supervisors to ensure all stores look neat and fresh for all games and non-game days in Truist park and our Battery locations, making sure all product that needs to be out is in a customer service friendly way to ensure all possible sales goals are met.

Major Responsibilities

• Assist merchandising supervisors in carrying out store merchandise layouts and plans.
• Help replenish merchandise in all store locations.
• Be familiar with all products in the park to know what should go out if one item sells through, knowing upcoming promotions that product is being held for.
• Maintain a pristine store environment daily with regards to product placement, product appearance, signage and overall store appearance.
• Create appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store.
• Produce window displays, signs, interior displays and special promotions displays.
• Communicate product inventory needs to the merchandise supervisor and buying team in a timely manner.
• Work with the merchandise supervisor and buying team on overall product presentations, as well as hot market product placement.
• Have complete knowledge of Retail Pro functions, such as basic sales transactions, inventory quantities and daily reports which are required by management staff.
