Job summary

Texas Instruments Incorporated is seeking an experienced Offsite Manufacturing (OSM) Project Manager with strong MEI expertise. You will lead a team focused on prefabrication, installation, commissioning, and startup of 300mm manufacturing equipment, coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-spec modular builds.

You will manage schedules, budgets, risk, and compliance while driving 3D BIM modeling, FAT participation, and seamless integration with the facility's utilities and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale installation projects.
• Knowledge of 3D BIM workflows and BEP enforcement.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Lead MEI installation, design reviews and startup.
• Coordinate offsite manufacturing with suppliers.
• Support FAT coordination with offsite facilities.
• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models and BEP enforcement.
• Coordinate logistics for equipment and utilities.
• Align site infrastructure for offsite skids.
