Job summary

ST Anton Multifamily Inc is seeking an Offsite Maintenance Technician in San Ramon, CA. You’ll perform general repairs, respond to requests, and handle preventive maintenance across residential properties, with on-call rotation and evening/weekend shifts as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of maintenance experience and a HS diploma or GED. A valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties are required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Prioritize and complete work orders efficiently.
• Perform general repairs and preventative maintenance.

• Assist with apartment turnovers (painting, repairs, preparation).
• Troubleshoot and repair: Plumbing issues, electrical systems, HVAC systems.
• Maintain pool areas, landscaping, and trash enclosures.
• Move furniture/equipment and run property‑related errands.
• Participate in an on‑call rotation for emergency maintenance needs.
• Suggest improvements to maintenance programs and processes.

Pay: $26.00–$27.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Full-time (includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotation as needed)

What You’ll Do

Requirements
