Job summary

Avangrid Power, LLC is seeking an Offshore Wind Farm Control Room Operator on Martha's Vineyard to coordinate safe offshore transfers by vessel or helicopter and to monitor turbine status via SCADA. You will ensure tools, orders, and staff readiness before offshore work begins and support emergency responses as needed.

The role requires 3+ years in marine coordination or control room environments, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in marine coordination or control room roles (3+ years).
• Knowledge of SCADA or marine control systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate transfer of personnel and equipment by vessels/helicopters to offshore sites.
• Monitor weather and sea conditions to ensure safe transit and operations.
• Operate SCADA to monitor turbine status and respond to alarms or issues.
