Job summary

EnerMech is seeking experienced Offshore Technicians to join our casual offshore workforce pool for upcoming projects, supporting pipeline flushing, cleaning, pressure testing and commissioning activities. Roles involve working offshore for campaigns of 2 to 4 weeks, with strong safety and compliance expectations.

Ideal candidates have offshore operational experience, BOSIET or FOET with CA-EBS, and the ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Triplex Pumps and/or DHDA Pumps during pipeline flushing, cleaning and pressure testing.
• Support safe setup, rig-up, operation and maintenance of process equipment.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and identify issues.
• Assist with testing and commissioning activities.
• Follow permit-to-work systems, procedures, risk assessments and client HSE requirements.

About the Role

Working as part of our offshore operations team, you will:

• Operate andmonitorTriplex Pumps and/or DHDA Pumps during pipeline flushing,cleaningand pressure testing activities.
• Support the safe setup, rig-up, operation and maintenance of specialist process equipment.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections andidentifyoperational issues.
• Assistwith testing and commissioning activities.
• Follow permit-to-work systems, operational procedures, riskassessmentsand client HSE requirements.
• Work safely within an offshore environment whilemaintainingthe highest safety standards.

About You

To be successful, you will have:

Essential

• Previousoffshore operational experience.
• BOSIET or FOET with CA-EBS.
• Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
• Ability to work away from home for offshore campaigns of 2 to 4 weeks duration.
• Willingness to complete pre-employment and client-mandated background checks, including National Police Clearance.

Highly Regarded

• Previousexperience working in the Bass Strait.
• MSIC Card.
• OEUK Medical Certificate.
• Experience with pipeline flushing, hydrotesting, pressuretestingor process operations.
• Experience operating Triplex or DHDA pumps.
