Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering; HND/HNC considered with extensive experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of subsea field operations experience in Oil & Gas.
• In-depth knowledge of subsea production systems (trees, manifolds, wellheads, controls).
• Experience with offshore installation vessels and operations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and P&IDs.
• Strong understanding of hydraulic and electrical systems.
• Valid offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET, HUET) are essential.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute the installation and commissioning of subsea equipment.
• Perform pre-start-up checks, functional tests, and performance verification of subsea systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical issues with subsea hardware and control systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance activities on installed subsea assets.
• Provide technical support and guidance to installation and maintenance crews.
• Ensure all activities comply with company safety standards, procedures, and client requirements.
• Prepare detailed field reports, including progress updates, incident reports, and completion certificates.
• Manage equipment and logistics on project sites.
• Liaise with clients, offshore installation managers, and other project stakeholders.
