Job summary
Bristow Group seeks an A&P Avionics Technician for field-based work on rotor-wing aircraft under Part 135. You will perform maintenance, troubleshooting, inspections and repairs in remote environments per FAA regulations and Bristow policies.
You will coordinate with field leadership, document work, manage tools and be ready to deploy to offshore platforms. A High School diploma, FAA A&P certificate, and 2+ years turbine rotorcraft experience are required; relocation and comprehensive benefits
Qualifications
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Sound judgment and objectivity in decisions.
- Proficient in aircraft maintenance, inspection, and repair.
- Thorough knowledge of General Operations Manual and FAA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform avionics maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on rotor-wing aircraft under Part 135.
- Coordinate with lead AMT and field leadership on aircraft status and maintenance events.
- Conduct line-level avionics inspections, functional checks, and system tests in remote environments.
- Document all work per FAA regulations and company policy.
