Job summary

Intertek is seeking a Rope Access Level II Technician in Houma, LA to perform visual inspections via rope access under supervision. The role supports offshore facilities in the Gulf of Mexico with some land-based work; reliable transportation to the Houma office is required.

Candidates must hold SPRAT/IRATA Level II, with ASNT Level II preferred, and have TWIC; must pass a physical, be proficient with MS Office, and provide clear technical guidance to technicians and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• Current SPRAT/IRATA Certification Level II required.
• ASNT Level II certification preferred.
• Valid TWIC card required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable driving record required.
• Able to pass physical exam.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain climbing logbook per SPRAT/IRATA guidelines.
• Prepare NDE reports and document data clearly and timely.
• Interface with clients on Rope Access and NDE procedures.
