Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Planning and Scheduling Lead III for an offshore oil and gas client in Spring, TX. The role focuses on early-stage project development and execution planning, translating scope into schedules and ensuring alignment with project goals.

The candidate will use Primavera P6 to develop and review schedules, evaluate multiple execution scenarios, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage risks and interfaces throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in offshore oil and gas projects including planning/scheduling.
• Experience supporting FPSO and SURF development phases (Concept Select, Pre-FEED, FEED, pre-FID).
• Proficiency with Primavera P6 for schedule development and contractor review.
• Ability to develop execution strategies and integrated schedules.
• Strong communication and ability to influence project direction through risks and options.

Responsibilities

• Translate technical scope into executable project strategies and integrated schedules.
• Develop and evaluate multiple project execution scenarios to optimize outcomes and reduce risks.
• Review contractor and vendor schedules for feasibility, logic, interfaces, and critical path.
• Identify schedule gaps and risks, providing guidance on corrective actions and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align schedules with governance and interfaces.
