Job summary

Qualifications

• Medical license for the country where the unit is working.
• 2 years offshore experience.
• Knowledge of occupational health and work hygiene.
• Administrative skills and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care for all workers including diagnosing and managing routine medical conditions and minor injuries.
• Supervise the physical and mental health of all crew on board.
• Discuss significant medical cases with Topside Doctor and summon emergency medical support as needed.
• Maintain medical records and ensure compliance with MTC, RWC, FAC and LTI reporting requirements.
• Ensure immunization recommendations are understood and implemented.
• Participate in hygiene inspections and environmental health duties as part of occupational health service.
