Aligning the Interface between CON Package and ACS+T Contractors
Ensuring the maritime logistic for the Array Cable Contractor according to contract
NCR management during termination scope
Ensure a safe working environment offshore
Ensure implementation of previous LLs related to the termination scope into the project
Ensure registration of LLs related to the termination scope
Single point of contact between Termination supervisors, Termination contractor and Technical Scope Manager
Defining the Package requirements for tendering of the maritime LGS for ACS+T Package by CON
Defining the Contractors needs for Offshore Works
Ensure all load-out activities are coordinated with the OCI department and incoterms, tests, hand-over certificates are properly aligned
Ensure the project schedule (including OCI) is fully aligned with the offshore termination scope
Ensure LGS relevant activities are fully understood and aligned (e.g. lifting, storage, vessel facilities, rescue concept, crew change, tools, HSE needs, material Flow from/to Site) are aligned and planned in before mobilization
