Job summary

OSM Thome Limited seeks an experienced Commissioning & Maintenance Instrumentation and Control Technician for an Offshore Support Vessel currently in Qatar. The role requires safe maintenance of Instrumentation and Control Systems, with rotation patterns and a 12-month contract.

Candidate must have at least 5 years in telecom commissioning and fluent English. Accommodations and on-board meals are provided, along with travel and insurance support as per policy.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technician telecom experience in commissioning.
• English language skills required.

Responsibilities

• Execute safe maintenance of Instrumentation and Control Systems, compliant with HSE rules and international standards.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks within prescribed time frames.
• Identify and diagnose breakdowns or anomalies on equipment, devices, or systems.
• Maintain CMMS data, generate maintenance reports and ensure proper documentation.
