Job summary

Bristow Group offshore helicopter pilot role based in the Gulf of Mexico requires top-tier aviation credentials and a proven safety and service record. You will operate the assigned aircraft, manage passenger and flight responsibilities, and maintain logs in strict compliance with regulations.

Candidates must hold FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate with Helicopter Instrument rating or Airline Transport Pilot Certificate, a 1st class medical, and demonstrate strong communication and teamwork.

Qualifications

• FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate and helicopter instrument rating required.
• Airline Transport Pilot Certificate or equivalent is acceptable.
• First class medical certificate required for eligibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned aircraft safely and efficiently per Bristow standards and regulations.
• Prioritize safety and customer service in all operations.
• Maintain situational awareness regarding weather, NOTAMs, and offshore facility status.
• Manage passenger movements, aircraft movements, briefings and baggage loading.
• Complete flight planning, preflight, fueling, and manifest oversight.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper logs and aircraft records.
• Report mechanical irregularities and ensure airworthiness before/during/after flights.
• Facilitate professional communications with customers and represent Bristow.
• Primarily operate in the GOM offshore region; available for international assignments.
