Job summary

Bristow Group is seeking an experienced A&P Technician for field-based helicopter maintenance in the Gulf of America region. You will inspect, maintain, modify, and repair Bristow rotor-wing aircraft in accordance with FAA regulations and Bristow policies, coordinating with the Lead AMT to ensure aircraft readiness.

The role requires a valid FAA A&P certificate, at least three years of turbine rotorcraft experience, and strong communication and safety discipline to operate in offshore

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must possess a valid FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ turbine rotorcraft experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain coordination with Lead AMT for status of rotor-wing aircraft.
• Perform inspection, maintenance, modification, and repair of Bristow rotor-wing aircraft per manuals and FAA requirements.
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule maintenance activities for 135 aircraft in Gulf of America operations.
• Communicate with pilots and crews to ensure readiness information for safe Part 135 operations.
• Maintain field base safety, cleanliness, and organization to support offshore operations.
• Manage parts, materials, inventory, and aircraft records per FAA and Bristow policies.
• Inspect and verify incoming parts; manage tools and Ground Support Equipment.
