Job summary

Bristow Group is seeking a Field‑Based Aviation Maintenance Technician to maintain Bristow rotor‑wing aircraft in a safe, airworthy, and mission‑ready condition in full compliance with Part 135, FAA regulations, and Bristow policies.

The technician collaborates with the Lead AMT, coordinates maintenance activities, manages parts and records, and ensures accurate status reporting to pilots and crews for offshore Gulf operations.

Qualifications

• Must have FAA A&P certificate.
• Minimum three years turbine rotorcraft experience.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Bristow rotor‑wing aircraft to airworthy standards in compliance with Part 135 and Bristow policies.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with Lead AMT and schedule tasks.
• Manage parts, inventory, and aircraft records including logs and FAA documentation.
• Ensure safe, clean, and compliant field base environment for Gulf operations.
• Communicate with pilots and crews to relay status and readiness information.
