Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist III to lead offshore pressure pumping and light well intervention operations in Broussard, LA. The role requires strong safety discipline, technical leadership, and the ability to coordinate complex field activities with onshore and offshore teams.

The ideal candidate has extensive oilfield service experience, proven supervisory capabilities, and the flexibility to travel internationally and work a 28/14 rotation schedule.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oilfield Service experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience in offshore operations.
• Must possess a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.
• Able to work a 28/14 rotational schedule.
• Able to obtain and maintain offshore/international travel certifications.

Responsibilities

• Supervise offshore pressure pumping, LWI, coiled tubing, and nitrogen service operations.
• Lead pre-job planning, risk assessments, and safety meetings.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and customer requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to field personnel and coordinate mobilization/demobilization.
• Manage operations, job quality, and service delivery.
