Baker Hughes is seeking a Field Specialist III - Pressure Pumping & Light Well Intervention Supervisor in Broussard, LA. The role leads offshore and onshore intervention, pressure pumping, and coiled tubing operations, ensuring safety and service quality while coordinating teams and logistics.

You will mentor field personnel, manage customer communications, and drive operational excellence across projects, with international travel and a 28/14 schedule in some assignments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oilfield Service experience.
• 5+ years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Experience in offshore operations and international travel.
• Must possess a valid passport and ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead offshore and onshore pressure pumping and LWI operations.
• Coordinate pre-job planning, risk assessments, and safety meetings.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and customer requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to field personnel and technicians.
• Coordinate mobilization and demobilization activities for offshore projects.
• Review daily operational reports and provide management updates.
• Mentor and develop junior personnel; promote continuous improvement initiatives.
