Job summary

Noble is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to coordinate technical scopes across offshore fleets, focusing on automation, power distribution, control systems, commissioning, and upgrades. Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years of offshore/marine project experience, strong technical knowledge, and proven stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
  • Approximately 5–10 years of offshore, marine, drilling, shipyard, or industrial project experience.
  • Experience with electrical, automation, and control systems in offshore environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to review drawings, specs, procedures, and vendor documents.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support project scopes from planning through execution, commissioning, handover, and close-out.
  • Support modification projects, equipment upgrades, recertification scopes, reactivation activities, and operational readiness work on offshore drilling rigs.
  • Provide electrical and automation input to project work packs, technical specifications, cost estimates, schedules, risk assessments, and procurement packages.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and mitigate safety, quality, cost, schedule, and logistics constraints.
  • Support inspections, FATs, commissioning, testing, and handover documentation.
