Job summary

Parker Offshore seeks an Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager to lead our safety, environmental, and regulatory programs across offshore and onshore operations. You will partner with operations, leadership, employees, and contractors to build a strong safety culture and reduce risk.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of EH&S experience, expertise in incident investigations, regulatory compliance, and effective leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 5+ years EH&S experience.
• Experience in marine, construction, manufacturing, or industrial operations preferred.
• Proven incident investigation and root cause analysis skills.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and compliance programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer EH&S programs, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, maritime, and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a proactive safety culture through leadership, training, employee engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate workplace, operational, and environmental risks through inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and corrective actions.
• Lead incident, injury, near-miss, and environmental event investigations, including root cause analysis, reporting, and implementation of preventive measures.
• Develop, maintain, and oversee emergency preparedness, response, and business continuity programs.
• Manage environmental compliance activities, including waste management, spill prevention, pollution control, hazardous materials handling, and environmental reporting.
• Develop and deliver EH&S training programs, ensuring employees and contractors maintain required certifications, qualifications, and safe work practices.
• Monitor safety and environmental performance metrics, prepare reports for leadership, and recommend strategies to improve operational performance and reduce risk.
• Partner with operations, management, contractors, vendors, and regulatory agencies to ensure consistent adherence to company standards and regulatory expectations.
• Support organizational objectives by integrating safety, environmental stewardship, risk management, and regulatory compliance into all aspects of Parker Offshore's operations.
