Job summary

Kaz Project Operating LLP is seeking an experienced HSE and construction supervisor for offshore facilities. You will lead safety performance, oversee contractor activities, and ensure compliance with international standards in challenging environments.

The role requires an engineering degree, 6–8 years in oil and gas construction, and proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams across remote sites. Offshore 28/28 rotation applies; CV to [e-mail].

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6–8 years in oil and gas construction with supervisory experience.
• Strong HSE knowledge and commitment to site safety.
• Broad knowledge of piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation disciplines.
• Experience in RoK or former Soviet Union countries and familiarity with certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in HSE to achieve zero LTAs.
• Manage HSE performance of the Contractor and ensure safe work.
• Provide supervision and leadership to Contractor crews.
• Oversee site activities and manage interfaces between disciplines.
• Develop and update detailed construction plan with Lead Construction Planner.
• Monitor contractor performance and provide daily progress reports.
• Ensure documentation and as-built drawings are produced to standards.
• Assist with national employee development plans.
