Job summary

Kaz Project Operating LLP is seeking a highly experienced Commissioning Supervisor for offshore pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. You will coordinate strategy and work with contractors, ensuring safety, quality, and timely startup readiness.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in commissioning with at least 4 years in supervisory roles on complex oil & gas projects.
• Experience in acceptance and handover of facilities/equipment.
• Exposure to onshore and offshore operations and start-up experience.
• Knowledge of local and international codes and regulations for mechanical systems.
• RoK Blue book certified (training provided if required).
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Apply commissioning strategy in coordination with the Commissioning Superintendent to achieve project objectives.
• Coordinate pre-commissioning/commissioning activities, priorities and scheduling.
• Ensure plant equipment is leak-tight and pre-dynamic commissioning is complete for hydrocarbons introduction.
• Review and approve contractor procedures and start-up documentation on behalf of the company.
• Draft detailed commissioning reports and update operating procedures as needed.
• Provide technical support on commissioning and startup within the POD.
