Job summary

HeliService USA LLC in Quonset, Rhode Island, seeks a Pilot in Command for AW169 Offshore Hoist & NVG SAR Captain to support offshore wind construction, operations, maintenance, and medical evacuation. The role covers day and night flights.

You will act as the ultimate authority of the aircraft, perform hoist operations from ships and platforms, and ensure safety, compliance, and timely missions. Requires FAA rotorcraft certificates, 2,000 total hours, and Part 135 experience; base location

Qualifications

• FAA rotorcraft pilot certification, instrument rating, and medical clearance are required.

Responsibilities

• Leonardo AW169 Offshore IFR, Hoisting, NVG LIMSAR / HEMS Captain.
• Conduct helicopter hoist operations to ships, platforms, and wind turbines, day & night (NVG).
• Act as the ultimate authority of the aircraft, ensuring safety of the helicopter and occupants.
• Conduct thorough briefs and debriefs of crew/passengers.
• Ensure compliance with company manuals, flight and duty limits.
