Job summary

Weatherford in Houston seeks an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and deliver large offshore repair and maintenance and aftermarket projects. You will lead cross-functional teams across Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Customer stakeholders to ensure safety, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in manufacturing or repair & maintenance operations.
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, risk mitigation, project cost management and control.
• Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and project controls software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead repair and maintenance (R&M) projects for Weatherford-owned and customer-owned offshore assets.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, scope, schedules, budgets, tracking, risk registers, and execution strategies.
• Coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, R&M, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Product Line R&M Manager.
• Provide regular project status reports, forecasts, performance metrics and risk assessments to management.
• Ensure compliance with API, ISO, ABS, DNV, and NORSOK industry standards.
• Mentor and support project team members in project management principles and best practices.
