Beneficial Talent Source is seeking an experienced Offset/Gravure Press Operator for direct hire in Minnesota. The role involves 12-hour rotating shifts on a 4/3 schedule with day and night options.

This is a long-term opportunity with strong stability in a dependable printing field. Responsibilities include operating the offset printing press, performing set ups, adjustments, plate changes, color corrections, and quality checks to meet job specs.

Qualifications

• Must have experience operating an Offset or Gravure printing press.
• Ability to perform set ups, adjustments, splice rolls, and operate a printing press.
• Basic color management skills and ability to work with different digital file formats.
• Review job specs and quality requirements for accuracy.
• Use of micrometer to mount and align the printing plate correctly.

Responsibilities

• Operate offset printing press on a 12 hour rotating shift.
• Perform press set ups, adjustments, and roll splices as needed.
• Troubleshoot press issues and perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Change plates, cylinders, adjust blankets and tension; ensure color accuracy.
• Inspect output for quality per job specs and tolerances.
