CyberCoders in Gardner, MA is seeking an experienced Offset Press Operator to operate and maintain offset printing presses, ensuring high-quality production and meeting deadlines. The role offers 2nd shift (M-F 3pm-11pm) or 3rd shift (M-F 11pm-7am).

You will set up presses, monitor quality, perform routine maintenance, manage plate registration, and collaborate with the production team to complete jobs on schedule.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience as Offset Press Operator or similar.
• Familiar with offset printing processes and equipment.
• Knowledge of 2-color and 4-color printing is a plus.
• Capable of maintenance and lubrication on printing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Open to training on 1st shift until trained.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate offset printing presses, including 2-color and 4-color presses.
• Monitor press operations to ensure quality output and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and lubrication.
• Manage plate registration and ink fountain adjustments.
• Inspect printed materials for quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of jobs and effective workflow.
