Job Description

OFFSET PRESS OPERATOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

The role involves operating Offset Press to produce top-quality packaging for domestic and international markets. This position requires a strong commitment to OHSE and Quality standards, aiming to protect the environment and ensure the safety and health of all employees and the community. It also emphasizes quality through adherence to processes and products.

Responsibilities
  • Operate Offset Press machines to meet customer specifications, troubleshooting and monitoring the operation.
  • Prepare and operate web or sheet-fed offset presses, ensuring correct setup, adjusting for color and registration, and maintaining quality throughout production.
  • Oversee general technicians, make adjustments, clear jams, and ensure efficient operation.
  • Review and ensure all jobs are complete, accurate, and meet quality standards, including ISO 9001-2000 and cGMP, HACCP requirements.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety policies and procedures, and using proper PPE.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, providing feedback and following directions.
  • Lead and motivate the team to achieve high performance, providing training and conducting team meetings as needed.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience operating Offset Press equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and basic computer skills.
Physical Demands
  • Prolonged standing, bending, reaching, and lifting over 60 lbs.
  • Manual dexterity and good vision are required.
  • Availability to work extended hours as needed.
