Overview
The core schedule for this role is 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday - Thursday, with OT on Fridays.

We are hiring two associates for our Offline Welding Station. The position is Offline Flow Welder (must be D.1.1 certified or able to pass re-exam, or a welder with complex blueprint reading skills capable of passing the exam in the future).

In this role, you will operate or oversee the offline flow station, fabricating complex jobs, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure products are built correctly and cost-effectively, meeting quality standards
• Follow safety guidelines
• Adhere to company policies
• Learn building materials and terminology for growth
• Follow job tracking procedures

Requirements

• Preferred experience in manufacturing
• Ability to pass or capacity to pass AWS D1.1 skills test
• Understanding of production and organization methods
• Experience with blueprints, hand tools, tape measures, drills
• Strong communication skills
• Memory for processes and materials
• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Physical Requirements:
