Dura-Line, part of Orbia Connectivity Solutions, is hiring an Offline Operator in Salt Lake City, UT. The role supports the Offline department, ensuring quality and adding value to meet customer needs while upholding safety standards.
Compensation starts at $21.50/hour with a schedule that includes day and night shifts on a 2-2-3 cycle, plus a sign-on bonus. Company benefits and career growth opportunities are available.
$1,500 Sign-On Bonus is paid out over 180 days. $500 after 90 days and $1,000 after 180 days.
In this position as an Offline Operator you will be working in the Offline department. This is a key position in which you will be responsible for secondary function of product, ensuring quality standards and supplying added value products to meet customer needs. The successful candidate will be a multi-tasker that can assist in meeting the customer demand while maintaining our high safety and quality standards.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short- and long-term incentive compensation.
