Job summary

Dura-Line, part of Orbia Connectivity Solutions, is hiring a Reel Builder for the North Salt Lake, UT facility on a night shift schedule. You will assemble reels, follow work instructions, and support production by preparing reels for upcoming orders.

Benefits start day one and the role includes safety and training responsibilities. Applicants should have a high school diploma, basic math and reading skills, and the ability to use hand and power tools.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math/measurement and reading comprehension skills required.
• Ability to use hand and power tools such as an impact wrench and drill.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and assembly designs.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assemble reels using power tools and work instructions.
• Collaborate with production orders to ensure reels are correct for upcoming orders.
• Disassemble incoming and return reels.
• Participate in cycle counts.
• Report unsafe conditions and broken equipment.
• Participate in training, safety, and continuous improvement activities.
• Perform other production duties including cross-training.

BI-WEEKLY SCHEDULE:

Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat.

Sun, Wed, Thurs.

6:45pm - 7:00am

About the role: Builds and breakdowns reels for finished products as demand requires. Places reels needed in the staging area or nearby so that they are available as neededfor production.

Our Offer: The compensation for this position is typically start at $21/Hour.

Night shift also includes an additional $1.00/hr. shift differential!

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
