Inland Label And Marketing Services in La Crosse, WI, is seeking a Finishing Team Member - Day Shift to join our manufacturing team. The role involves operating a label production line, preparing printed products, and ensuring quality as part of a cooperative crew.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to learn new technology and operate production equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate a machine that prepares printed labels for the production process.
• Inspect the quality of printed products and raise concerns where needed.
• Cross-training in other roles across the production environment.
• Problem solving issues that arise and work as part of a team to meet production goals.
