Job summary

Inland Packaging in La Crosse, WI is seeking a Production Associate for the night shift to support our label and packaging production. You will operate a machine that prepares printed labels, inspect quality, and cross-train in other roles within the production floor.

This full-time position offers 12-hour shifts from 6:00pm to 6:00am, with a $2 per hour shift differential. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and life insurance, PTO and holidays, 401K with company match and profit-sharing,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
• Motivated with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to utilize and learn new technology.
