Your Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model, helping them find exactly what they need with a friendly, 'friends first' approach.
• Educate guests about AE & Aerie products and suggest items that meet their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between different store zones such as the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Support your team and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Maintain integrity by following all policies and procedures.

Ideal Candidate

• Enjoy interacting with people!
• Energetic and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Available during evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passionate about AE and Aerie products.
