REDLattice, Inc. is looking for an AI/ML Platform Engineer in Chantilly, VA. You will help build and maintain secure AI capabilities supporting advanced cyber operations, evaluating and operationalizing large language models (LLMs).

Qualifications

• Experience with cybersecurity, vulnerability research, and cyber operations.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with current or ability to obtain polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate emerging large language models (LLMs) for mission applicability.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain offline/air-gapped LLM environments.
• Build and maintain AI platforms that provide secure access to LLM capabilities.
• Collaborate with software developers, vulnerability researchers, and cyber operators.

Skills

Experience deploying and managing large language models (LLMs) in self-hosted environments

Experience supporting cybersecurity

Experience with LLMs like Opus, Sonnet, MiniMax

Strong troubleshooting and systems integration skills
