REDLattice, Inc. is seeking an AI Platform Engineer to build and maintain secure, offline AI capabilities supporting cyber operations.

The role focuses on AI platform engineering and infrastructure, not model training, delivering systems, interfaces, and workflows for secure, accessible AI across mission teams. You will evaluate, deploy, and operate LLM environments, collaborate with vulnerability researchers and cyber operators, and stay current with advances in foundation models to enhance

Qualifications

• Experience deploying LLMs in offline environments.
• Experience supporting cybersecurity operations or vulnerability research.
• Experience with open-source or commercial LLMs (e.g., Opus, Sonnet, MiniMax, Qwen).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate emerging LLMs for mission applicability.
• Deploy and maintain offline/air-gapped LLM environments.
• Build AI platforms providing secure access to LLM capabilities.
• Develop APIs and UIs that enable engineers to leverage AI in secure environments.
• Integrate LLMs into development and vulnerability research workflows.
• Assess infrastructure, compute, storage, and networking requirements for AI deployments.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize AI platform performance.
• Collaborate with software developers, vulnerability researchers, reverse engineers, and cyber operators to identify AI integration opportunities.
• Stay current with foundation models and recommend new capabilities as AI landscape evolves.
