Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking an on-site ICT Service Delivery Technician to provide essential support for data center ICT and engineering services.

You will handle installation, configuration, and decommissioning of IT hardware within a critical environment, ensuring reliability and uptime. The role involves monitoring IT systems and facility conditions, troubleshooting complex issues, and coordinating with facilities engineering to maintain safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of job-related experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
• Basic knowledge of data center operations and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Install, relocate, configure, and decommission IT hardware in the data center.
• Monitor IT systems and facility metrics to maintain uptime.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and environmental issues with targeted testing.
• Support mechanical/electrical tasks including rack power and cooling checks.
• Respond to break/fix incidents and perform recovery steps.
• Document actions and update SOPs, change logs, and asset records.
