Full-Time | RISE Community Services
You’re looking for more than your next job. You want a place where you can build your skills, contribute ideas, help others succeed, and continue growing your career.
At RISE, you’ll join a mission-driven organization that values connection, engagement, belonging, professional development, and creating future leaders. You’ll have opportunities to learn new skills, take on meaningful responsibilities, and grow while making a difference for others.
You’ll be an important connection between HR, candidates, new employees, and individuals with disabilities working at RISE.
You’ll help keep recruiting and onboarding moving, support day-to-day HR and office needs, and provide hands-on job coaching to help individuals build confidence and workplace skills.
This is not a position where you wait for someone to give you your next task. We’re looking for someone who notices what needs attention, takes initiative, follows through, and finds productive ways to support the team.
The job-coaching side of the position is an important part of the role, including teaching job tasks, monitoring progress, providing constructive feedback, and helping individuals strengthen time-management and workplace skills.
A high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience in recruitment or working with individuals with disabilities.
More importantly, we’re looking for someone who brings initiative, empathy, organization, communication, problem-solving, coachability, and follow-through.
RISE Community Services creates opportunities for individuals with disabilities to live, work, and engage meaningfully in their communities.
Our values of Safety, Respect, Growth, Compassion, and Teamwork guide how we serve others and how we work together.
If you’re looking for a position where you can work independently, develop your skills, support HR, connect with people, and help others succeed in the workplace, we’d like to meet you.
Bring your initiative. Bring your ideas. Bring your willingness to learn. Come grow with RISE.
