  • Excellent listening and communication skills both verbal and written. Comfortable communicating with staff as well as patients/clients
  • Display strong leadership and communication skills to clearly manage and oversee program staff.
  • Strong analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Possess process improvement skills that increase productivity, quality and efficiency.
  • Strong interpersonal and team building skills.
  • Proficient or experience with Excel, Word and other computer programs
  • Comfortable with managing Volunteer program
  • Comfortable assisting in the management/facilitating of program/services
