Job Title: Office Services Specialist (On Call)
Reports To: The Office Services Specialist (On Call), will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, Human Resources, or equivalent leadership.
Job Overview: The Office Services Specialist (On Call) provides office and mail services in a flexible capacity for positions where regular employees are out of office or for specific projects. Responsibilities include assisting with mail, reception, hospitality, facilities, and copy/print services. The role is based in a specific client "home office" and may be sent to different client sites on short notice. Flexibility and adaptability are essential.
This position aims to deliver high-level service to all client and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
