Job Title: Field Support Specialist
Reports To: The Field Support Specialist will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, Human Resources, or equivalent leadership.
Job Overview:
The Field Support Specialist will be assigned to provide backfill coverage within their assigned region, filling in for staff on scheduled and unscheduled time off. This position requires flexibility as there will be multiple locations the FSS could be assigned to. It may also involve same-day assignments based on unscheduled call-outs needing immediate support. This role is critical for customer satisfaction, business continuity, and meeting service level agreements. The goal is to ensure continuous customer support in accordance with our SLAs.
The FSS provides exceptional office services, including shipping & receiving, print & binding, facilities, hospitality, concierge, reception, data entry, document scanning, inventory/supplies management, and other site-specific processes aligned with our core business lines and SLAs. Training will be provided at SPS sites within the region to familiarize FSS with other SPS locations.
This position strives to deliver the highest level of service to all clients and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
